Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the initial cost of services. Appointments will not be held beyond 10 minutes without prior notification. In the event of last-minute cancellations (less then 24hrs) without prior notice or no call no shows, a 30% charge will be applied to your card if no deposit was made. The 30% fee is required to be paid before you book any future appointments, if this condition is not fulfilled I will not accept your future bookings.
